Refund Policy for Damaged Items

We take great care in packaging and shipping your items, but if your order arrives damaged, we’re here to help.

  • Video Proof Required: To process a return or replacement for a damaged item, please provide a clear video showing the damage to the product as it was received.

  • 5-Day Window: You must contact us within 5 days of delivery. Unfortunately, we cannot accept claims submitted after this period.

  • How to Reach Us: Please email [your email/contact info] with your order number, a description of the issue, and your video proof attached or linked.

Once we receive and verify the video, we’ll follow up with the next steps for your return or replacement.
